Jen and I have had a pretty fun-filled weekend. Friday night we went to a Christian music concert at the Pepsi Colloseum. There were five bands in total, but the two headliners were Toby Mac and Newsboys. They were awesome! Jen's brother Philip and his daughter Nicole went with us and then stayed the night.
Yesterday Jen and I went to Geist Christian Church to see our friend Mark Briley get ordained as a minister. That was really neat. He and his wife, Carrie, also had their new daughter Morgan dedicated to the church. You might remember that Mark and Carrie sang at our wedding. There were lots of people from our old church, Third Christian Church, there to see Mark as well. It was fun to see them.
